All counseling at the Center is conducted by appointment. If you would like to schedule an appointment or request additional information, please call us at 512-451-7337.
There is a standard fee for counseling at the Center. Many health insurance and managed care plans cover a portion of the fee, and scholarships are available to reduce the fee for clients who qualify. Eligibility for scholarships is based on family size, family income, and the amount of funding the Center has available. Funding for scholarships is provided by donations from generous individuals, churches, civic groups, businesses, foundations and staff counselors who help underwrite the Center's scholarships program. |

The Samaritan Counseling Center is accredited by the Samaritan Institute. The Center is part of the international network of Samaritan Centers serving in more than 400 offices in 35 states and Japan. Each center is owned and operated by its own local Board of Directors as a not-for-profit organization.
The work of Samaritan Counseling Centers has been acknowledged by the American Medical Association, the American Association of Pastoral Counselors, the President's Commission on Mental Health, and major religious denominations.
